The Premium Virtual Membership includes:

- PLUS – free access to your own nutritionist to answer any questions you may have
- PLUS – free access to your own personal trainer to answer any questions you may have
- PLUS – free access to your own health coach to make suggestions to help you meet your goals!
The Premium Virtual Membership costs only $19.99 a month, with no long-term obligation.
Medical Visits via Telemedicine
Whether you choose the Basic Virtual Membership or the Premium Virtual Membership, you may find that from time to time you have questions or problems that often obesity medicine specialists are best equipped to handle. A lot of people are now choosing to be seen via video visits or telemedicine.
Video visits allow you to be seen from the convenience and comfort of your own home or office with little to no in office wait time. Any medications prescribed as a part of your treatment plan, such as anti-obesity medications, would not include controlled medications. The cost for video visits is only $59/visit.
Medical Visits in Person
If you would like to be seen at one of our physical locations, we would be happy to schedule you an appointment.
