1 cup of light coconut milk
1/2 cup of frozen unsweetened blackberries
2 tablespoons of soaked chia seeds
stevia or truvia to taste
Put chia seeds in coconut milk and allow to soak for 10 minutes. Pour mixture in the blender and add a small amount of stevia or truvia if needed. Add frozen blackberries. Blend until smooth.
